1. Login to the Associate’s portal.

Enter your ID and password to login

2. Go to ‘My Enquiry List’

3. Click on ‘Add My Enquiry’

4. Fill in the corresponding details and click the ‘Submit’ button. Zerosnap admin panel will approve this enquiry

5. Once the hotel is ready to install trial version, login to the Associate’s portal using your credentials

6. Go to ‘My Enquiry List’

7. Search for the particular hotel from the list and click on ‘Convert to Trail Version’ button

8. Add the basic hotel details and Admin credentials for the Hotel Admin User.

To create Hotel Admin user, use the mail id given by the hotel

9. Once the details are submitted, a new hotel will be created instantly and a welcome mail will go to the hotel’s registered email.

10. Trial version for 10 Days will be activated when the hotel is created and mail is sent

Ask the hotel admin to check the mail and to start using the application at the earliest to get 10 actual days of free trial.

11. Now, hotel needs to login to the web application using the following link with their Admin login credentials

12. Ask hotel admin to download Zerosnap Mobile Application (from Playstore/Appstore/Watsapp Link)

13. In the Mobile App, Scan a National ID Card and then try a Foreign Card.

The Process.

1. Block a particular hotel - by creating that hotel in the associate’s software.

Zerosnap admin will approve this.

2. Close the hotel - by obtaining permission from the hotel to install the trial version in their property.

Ask the hotel- who their admin user should be. Get their mail id.

3. Login to associate’s software and convert the hotel to trial by creating an Admin User and a Password for the hotel.

(use the mail id given by the hotel)

4. Ask the hotel to login to their Dashboard with the Hotel Admin credentials.

5. Install Zerosnap Mobile App in Hotel’s Phone/Tab and login with the Hotel Admin Credentials.

6. Scan at least one National ID card and one foreign ID card to show how data is captured from the phone and saved in the dashboard.

7. Install FRRO tool (Chrome Extension) to push details to FRRO.

8. Install Magic Bridge to push details to PMS.

2. Go to FRRO Master menu from the dashboard's left pane

Click on 'Zerosnap GA-Tool Download' link. If a pop up comes, click Keep and then click Download Insecure File.

3. Extract files from downloads

Go to downloads. Right click on the downloaded file 'Zerosnap_GA- Tool.rar' and select 'Extract All' to extract to a folder

4. Open google chrome or any browser that supports the extension

Preferred browser is Google Chrome for best use

5. Go to top right 3 dot button and click it, select Extensions - Manage Extensions menu and

Enable ‘Developer Mode’(right top)

6. Click on “Load unpacked file” from left top

Then a window will open, then click on'Downloads' from the left side

Double click the folder named “Zerosnap_GA-Tool” Then you will see another folder named 'Zerosnap_GA-Tool'. single click on it

Then, press 'Select Folder' button

7. Then you can see 'Zerosnap 1.0 : This extension is for Zerosnap Frro auto filler' in the chrome page.

Select 'Details' button from Zerosnap 1.0 and select 'Pin to Toolbar'

Now a small zerosnap icon will get displayed in the tool bar. This is the Zerosnap GA-Tool

Click it to open.

8. Click on 'Add url:'

The URL should be the same as that used to login to the web application and mobile app

Check if the url is valid or not by clicking the 'Valid URL Button'.

9. Then add the username and password of the Hotel’s Admin

If any passport is scanned by the hotel, the list will appear.

10. Open dummy FRRO site in browser

Click on 'Form C (Add/Edit)'

11. Click on Zerosnap GA-Tool, then click on the guest's name whose details are to be send to dummy FRRO

Click on 'Temporary Save and Exit'

Copy the Reference code displayed

Come back to the Zerosnap GA-Tool. There, click on 'Check In' button and paste the reference code and press Tick mark

2. On the left hand side, click on the menu 'Download Magic Bridge'

If a pop up comes, click on 'Keep' and then click Download

The file gets saved in the downloads folder - 'ZerosnapMagicBridge.rar'

3. Extract files and install the application

Go to the downloads folder and right click on the file ZerosnapMagicBridge.rar

Click 'Extract' button

4. Open the setup.exe file from the ‘Zerosnap Magic Bridge’ and double click to install the application

If a message pops up: Windows protected your PC, click on More Info - Run Anyway-Install - More Info - Run Anyway

5. After installation, search for the tool in Search Bar with "MagicBridge" and Click on the application.

6. Now Magic Bridge Tool will be opened, there go to the third tab -'Settings'

Then login with Hotel Admin credentials.

Note: This is NOT the PMS login credentials

7. Go to the "Guest details" tab and click on "List" (shows the list of all guests) or "Load" (shows the latest guest detail) button

'Document Info' in the 'Guest Details' tab will give you the details of the scanned ID Card in a predefined order. To make this in the order of the PMS, do the following steps

PMS means Property Management System - The software used by hotels

Take the first page in the dummy PMS and observe the tab flow. This is done by placing the cursor in the first field and then pressing the TAB button.

9. Go to 'Data to send'in Magic Bridge and select 'Form1'

We selected Form 1 because we are matching Page 1 in dummy PMS

10. Go to 'Guest Details' and click on 'Edit Tab'

11. Write required tab order in the yellow column and click 'Save Tab Index'

Do the same process if there is Form 2 or another window in the hotel software

12. Select ‘Guest Details’, click on whose details are to be sent to PMS. then select "Data to Send" tab

13. Open dummy PMS, then go to the first field and press Ctrl+V

All the values will be automatically filled in
